The changes I made through therapy were, improvement on: understanding my own feelings & ways to work with situations without changing own self completely. What I found most helpful was that the sessions was relational e.g. ask what I feel rather then what I should do and relevant – e.g. bringing my religious components to discuss my current situation. I would love it if the service was to reach more people. The experience was: Great, Progressive & Intuitive.
