I have worked in businesses and various groups of the Women’s Institute giving talks on mental health and taught groups Mindfulness Meditation. The feedback has been very positive with people seeing a difference in their stress levels within a matter of weeks.
I have coached individuals on how to use Mindfulness in their lives and helped people with issues in their lives such as self-development and relationships.
I create a safe, protected space where you can explain the issue you would like to work on and using NLP and meditation, we work to find the root of the issue and resolve it. Along the way, you will be given the tools you need to move forward.
My aim is to help you feel more empowered in your life so that you can also use the tools in any future situations.
